These are sweet ball-shaped nibbles which are chewy and nice. These yummy treats are usually served as dessert or part of afternoon snacks. The main component is the glutinous rice flour which are fried and coated with sugar.

Try this amazing treats and enjoy! 

Ingredients
  1. Glutinous rice flour - 3 cups
  2. Water - 1 cup
  3. Coconut milk - 1 cup
  4. Brown Sugar - 1 cup
  5. Cooking oil - 2 cups
  6. Barbecue sticks

Procedure 

  1. Mix the glutinous rice flour and water in a mixing bowl until you reach a dough like consistency.
  2. Get a tablespoonful of the created dough and shape into a ball by rolling between your palms. Continue making the balls until you've used all of the dough.
  3. Set aside
  4. Heat up the cooking oil with a deep frying pan.
  5. Put each ball into the frying pan and fry for about 8-10 minutes of the dough is golden brown.
  6. Set aside and continue frying the rest of the glutinous rice balls.
  7. Create a sugar dip by heating up the coconut milk in another pan and adding the sugar. Mix until the sugar is fully melted along with the coconut milk.
  8. Dip or roll the fried balls on the mixture and skewer three to four pcs into the barbecue stick.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
