One of the favourites in Filipino breakfast is Daing na Bangus (Salted and Dried Milkfish) usually with rice or fried rice. The recipe is very easy which you can prepare/marinate at night and fry in the morning.

A breakfast to make your day right.

Try it and enjoy! 

Ingredients
  1. Milkfish (sliced from the back) - 1/2 kilo
  2. Garlic (chopped) - 1 piece
  3. Vinegar - 1/2 cup
  4. Pepper (grind) - 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt - 1 pinch
  6. Cooking oil - enough for frying

Procedure 
  1. Mix Vinegar, garlic, pepper, and salt. Marinate the sliced milkfish with the mixture for 2 to 3 hours (overnight if possible).
  2. Remove from marinate then let dry.
  3. Heat up a frying pan with cooking oil and fry the marinated milkfish
  4. Enjoy!

* Best served with rice.


Servings : 4-6 persons    Preparation Time : 2-3 hours to marinate  Cooking Time : 10-15 mins for frying
