A dish that showcases Bitter Melon/Bitter Gourd (or Ampalaya) includes beef strips which are cooked to perfection. This is good for people who wants to eat bitter melon but is not fond of the bitterness that comes with eating the vegetable. This vegetable has full of nutrients but you have to have an acquired taste to like it and get its wonderful healthy benefits.
Try this wonderful and easy to cook dish and enjoy its unique taste.
Ingredients
  1. Beef Rump Steak (sliced into strips) - 1 kilo
  2. Ampalaya or Bitter Melon (sliced into strips) -3 pieces
  3. Tomatoes (chopped) - 3 pieces
  4. Garlic (chopped) - 3 cloves
  5. Onion (chopped) - 1 whole
  6. Knorr Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  7. Half cup of Water (if necessary)

Procedure
  1. In a cooking pot, saute garlic and onion
  2. Add the beef strips and keep sauteing until the beef is tender
  3. Add the tomatoes and keep mixing until the tomatoes are crushed and the juices comes out
  4. Add the knorr seasoning
  5. Add the Bitter Melon then mix for a while.
  6. Add water if the sauce becomes a bit dry
